I'm not a fan of the scale, but it is one tool in the way of weight loss or maintaining. However this week, since last Friday, I gained 2 lbs. So, my nutritional goals for the week are: NO SODA (this is hard, because it's well tastes so good) No Cheese It's the last hold out of dairy products. Again it's cheese and cheese is amazing. NO BAGELS or Cookies from work . Hard to do since I work there and I get free food, but I have to stay away from it.
Exercise goals: Continue with exercise at least 3x a week, and go to the body works class at the gym.
