So it is day 12. I have not been nearly as focused this past week. I feel sort of depressed. I am not happy with my job and it is brining me down. I need to find a way to get out of it. However I have managed to lose 2 lbs, which I am really happy about!
My goals for the 6 week challenge:
1. Lose 10-12 lbs.
2. Make lifetime healthy habits (5 veggies/fruit a day & eat my weight watchers points). Have not done well this week.
3. Exercise (either my DVD, Wii Fit or walking) Have not met this 3 of the last 5 days.
4. Make me time - Journal every day. I have not wrote in this every day.
Here is getting my focus back!
