so i have been stressing about working out, as mentioned in my previous blogs...but then i realized...it is so easy to sneak in calorie burn!!!! like say i did 10 minutes of jumping jacks when i first wake up, when i get home from work, and right before bed...that's 300 calories right there!!! i am going to work on these little bursts of calorie burn.
in other news...my funk has totally lifted, and i am feeling great!!! and even though the scale isn't really on my side at the moment, i actually feel my clothes getting looser! it's weird, even earlier this month i weighed a pound less than i do now, but i actually FEEL lighter now. eee can't wait for the weekend, and to try these new little calorie-burn-bursts!!!
