So yesterday i totally checked out during my Shred workout - I was just so tired, and for some reason by the end of it, I was actually having a mini panic attack - but I muddled through it. It was also not the greatest eating day yesterday, but I did get in a lot of water. So when I stepped on the scale this morning and was 2 lbs up, I was really upset, but decided to chock it up to muscle and just roll with it for now - I am noticing a difference in how my clothes are fitting (for the better) so, even though the number on the scale is my ultimate goal, I will settle for that for now.
