So yesterday i totally checked out during my Shred workout - I was just so tired, and for some reason by the end of it, I was actually having a mini panic attack - but I muddled through it. It was also not the greatest eating day yesterday, but I did get in a lot of water. So when I stepped on the scale this morning and was 2 lbs up, I was really upset, but decided to chock it up to muscle and just roll with it for now - I am noticing a difference in how my clothes are fitting (for the better) so, even though the number on the scale is my ultimate goal, I will settle for that for now.

    From what I've read on your other blogs, it seems like you check your weight every single day. Weight fluctuates, so you're basically setting yourself up for a bad mood. I used to be guilty of the same thing, but now I'm MUCH happier when I weigh once a week instead.
