Been a painful last few days. I think maybe I am increasing the exercise rate too quickly. Which sounds so ridiculous! I do very little and very easy exercise, mostly walking and jogging in the pool. Been wanting to do more strength exercise but the exercise room has been closed past 4 days. Been doing so little there that I finally made my goal to go there at least 3 times a week. This week, zero so far. And of course I am not bright enough to think up different ways to get that exercise done. I think I am still lazy and not motivated enough, Have to work on that!
I have not been eating enough protein and calories most of the time. So I have gone to the childhood treats I grew up on. Kippers, sardines, cheeses, smoked oysters. Yummm good. Looking forward to buying real catsup and some rye bread for a sardine sandwich. I say real catsup because most of the catsup here is made from bananas, and sweet. And I just found a place that sells rye bread in Cebu. Was none of that in Butuan where I spent much of the last 7 years.
Just finished eating a big snack and now making myself hungry. Should have stayed on the subject of exercise. Got to tell you, I really like this sparkpeople.
