So, glad you were able to stay true to your self with the exercising. Remember about protein it really fuels the body and gives energy. It really cuts the hunger down of the night too. I get a protein powder to put in my food plan to use for snack time. I use chocolate flavor and put some sugar free chocolate syrup in it to make it taste better. It tastes better when it is really cold. I also add some fiber powder in it can't tell it is there but it really does my body good.Be careful of what type of powder you buy some have more sugar and carbs than we need to lose weight. The ESA protein powder (at Walmart) is good for weight lost. Just add some low calories flavors to it to make it taste better. i really love it because I can take a serving of the powder with me to the gym and use my shaker bottle to mix it before or after a work out. cuts that hunger really down.
