Having gained weight over the last few months for a number of reasons (hormones, snacking, stress at work, no time to exercise) I knew I needed to get serious again.
What I did:
Ordered the Spark Solution book (got the 3 months free Spark Coach)
Try to reorganize myself to get exercise in
Got serious on hunt for new job
Started tracking food again
It has paid off, even though I manage to exervcise much less than I would want to.
I have lost 3 pounds so far., one each week.
Have promised myself a bigger present when I get down to 80kg
