Vicious cycle

Have you ever been at that cycle where certain foods just follow each other.

Yesterday, and the day before where just that. I had lunch that thought
"Surely one packet of crisps won't hurt"
So I went to the kitchen and had that one packet of crisps. But is one ever enough?
Never, so the second one followed straight after.
What happens after two packets of crisps? Well, it's very salty.
Do you go and drink a glass of water? No. It is fatty as well.
What is the best cure? CHOCOLATE

There you go. Before you know it you are in a vicious cycle

    This is me all over! Crisps are my BIGGEST downfall! I can't even trust myself to have just one, because one turns into 6 (yep, I have actually eaten 6 packets of crisps in the space of about an hour! Yuck!) and yes, that saltiness needs to be countered by something sweet, so in goes some chocolate or some kind of jammy pastry. Yuck again! I've climbed off that rollercoaster now!

    At least we know what our triggers are. I guess the answer is to just not pop a packet of those crispy bad boys and then we'll be just fine!
