This was my one week off of work and it literally flew by. It's already Friday and I still have so much I want to do!! My kids were off with me Mon, Tues and Wed. So that left me with 2 days really :) I wish my hubby was off too and that we were financially fit to take a nice real vacation!

On a positive note, I have been making progress this week. I exercised 3 days this week. And I've been drinking my 8 cups of water which is huge progress for me. I still caved and had my diet soda yesterday. I love coke zero especially because it's 0 cal. It's hard to stop even though I know it's not good for me.

I had given up sugar and deserts for a few months about 4. And then out of no where I started having a little here and there and this week I had a lot of desert.. Goes to show its really all or nothing when it comes to that stuff for me. :(

Today's been good so far. I ate a healthy breakfast. Yogurt with sliced bananas and 8 almonds. Listened to Spark People Blog as I cleaned my kitchen. Washed dishes, wiped counters, cleared the table, wiped down the walls (especially around the light switches!) And now I feel like I deserve a cup of coffee... the deserve is the problem part for me. My cup of coffee is 140 cal because of the creamer, and well it just doesn't taste or feel like a treat without the creamer.

Ok so instead of the coffee (which I might want later anyway.. ) I will reward myself by taking 30 min to read a book. That will be my treat. After that break I can go on to folding a mountain of laundry waiting to be put away...
