My goals for today are to:

-drink at least 96oz of water

-exercise for at least 60 minutes

-track everything I eat

-eat at least 6 fruggies

-avoid all junk food at work

-say my affirmations at least 3 times

-stay positive about all things

-rest/sleep before work tonight

-take a time out to finish reading my book
*it has been a long hard week. I'm determined to have a good day today* emoticon
