I bought the book, "The Sparks Solution" and was given a gift certificate for 3 full months of Sparks Coach. I decided to try it again and follow through with the program for the full 3 months. Hence this blog!
Sparks claims that blogging your goals makes it more likely that you'll follow them so - I'm following the program:
My short term goals are:
1. Continue with my low carb eating program.
2. Do ST 3 times a week.
3. Do 20 minutes minimum of cardio 5 of 7 days a week.
My plan is to lose 1-2 pounds a week. I will check into Sparks Coach every evening and make sure that I've tracked my food and fitness.
I'll follow up on the blog every week to review.
I know this works - I just need to MAKE it work!
