- 2 x 100 Calorie Pop Secret, because I couldn't find MDW's stash of regular popcorn (she's a Kettlecorn Fan -- and *fortunately* I abhor Kettlecorn).
- 1 Large Red Delicious apple

And, still under my max calories for the day. emoticon | emoticon | emoticon

BTW, I am currently entertaining the notion that the perfect distribution of calories for me is: about 550 calorie breakfast, 2 pieces of fruit for lunch or about 200 g egg whites (no cheese or mushrooms), a long, hard workout before dinner, and the rest of the calories for dinner.
