I tried out 3 new spark recipes for dinner tonight. They were all DELISH!
I made sauteed baby zucchini. I left out the garlic and added Mrs. Dash and after it was cooked I added a pinch of salt. It was so good I just wanted to eat it all but didn't have room. Plus I had to share with my husband who enjoyed just as much as I did.
I also made Rachel's Primal Sweet Potato Fries or Chips. I followed the recipe exactly and then added a sprinkle of chia seeds before baking. These were really good and my husband tore them up!!!
For protein I made Lemony Garlic Cheesy Tilapia . I followed the recipe exactly but did not have fresh parsley so I used dried. Oh wait...I don't use margarine so I did use real butter instead. It was very good and I am kind of picky about my fish.
I will defiitely make all 3 of these recipes again. They were so nutritious and very filling. I have enough leftovers on my plate for another meal! I could only finish about half of what was on my plate and that is a small child sized 8.5 inch divided plate!
