Yep that is how long I have kept this fitness streak going. Two hours or more of fitness every single day for 583 days. I am aiming to make it 2 years at least. It feels good to see that number keep growing. My 2 year Sparkversary is next month and I hope to be at my goal weight by that date. I never would have thought it possible when I started this journey almost 2 years ago that I could lose 160 pounds. In fact, when I started I set my goal weight at 225, because that seemed like a possible goal. I have gradually revised that number downward. After I hit 225 pounds I reset it to 173, because that would put within a healthy BMI. But it is now at 160, so that I can say I will have lost 50% of my starting weight. Not that I hang onto what the scale says each week. Now I am more concerned with how far I can run, how much weight I can lift, and what my body fat % says. I use a fancy scale at a local clinic on occasion, and it gives a "body age"... and my most recent reading said 25. My fitness has improved to the point where my physical age and my chronological age don't match anymore, since I am actually 38 years old. Woohoo!

Anyway... more of the same tomorrow on Day 584. Dog walks, ST and probably some time on the rower. Being healthy and fit feels good.
