Very different day

My day was different. I had Scrabled eggs and cheese on a whole wheat flour tortilla with salsa for breakfest I always have cerel so that is different for me! I did not excerise today I pushed it hard yesterday and tomorrow will be a push it day as well. For supper tonight iwas thin crust multi grian chicken pizza with salad. I baked off a pepperoni one as well. I like pizza and this one is kind to the waist line. After supper my little guy wanted to play on the computer so I sat on the couch I fell asleep for an hour and half . I have not done that in a long long time. I woke up got my chores done and got the kids dressed and in bed. My routine today was totaly off. I got all my work done and did play with the kids but it was a strange day.

    So in the category of food I have a few principles that I keep every day:

water intake
eat beans or legumes daily
try to keep sodium below 2300/day
try to get enough potassium (have to eat green leafys to do this)
eat lots of green leafy vegetables
eat vegetable soup ( I noticed that you make a special soup to eat. What's in it?)

    Hope you have a good day too! Will you let me know what are some of your principles of balance as I call them?

I have several categories that I divide mine into: physical fitness, food, relationships(includes family time), finances, career, and religion. There are probably more, but this is what I can think of right now for major categories.

    Yes! Sounds like a good break. Does kind of play with your head, though. You wonder if changing things is going to hurt you later. What I've learned is that if you continue to apply the same solid principles that keep you balanced, changing things in your routine won't hurt you. So now, the thing to figure out is what exactly are those principles that keep you balanced?
