2 Days Down

I've survived 2 days of no snacking in the evening/wee hours. It's getting easier. Something has clicked this time... I know it takes 3 weeks to make something a habit, so I'm plugging along until I reach habit status lol. I feel so motivated this time to keep going. This is a good thing!

  I'm on day two with the same problem! I could devour the whole fridge after work. Keep it up, I feel your pain :) (And it sure feels good!)
