Let me start by saying today is much better than yesterday. I got lots of sleep and feel better about life in general.
I worked out for 6 minutes yesterday and did 8 flights of stairs up, 8 down. 6 MINUTES and you wouldn't believe how sore I am. ridiculous!
I'm tempted to try again tonight but I'm so sore I don't know that I can.

    I'm glad your feel better, a new favorite quote of mine is "there are no SMALL victories, just victories." One small change at a time gets the job done!

    You've got this! If you need to rest, take it! However, if it is just one part of your body that is sore - maybe you could work another part? I'm not lifting weights now, but when I was, I would always shake up my routine so that I didn't overwork one part of my body or another. Some days, I would simply take a nice walk around my neighborhood. Whatever works! :)
