I was exhausted with my workout routine from the 28 day bootcamp challenge - I'm in week 2 and my entire body felt tight and taut. Yesterday my legs hurt so much in the gym that I could not spend more than 10 minutes on any one machine. Then when I came back to my hotel room, I came across the bollywood workout and I don't know what possessed me and I decided to try it then... even though I was really tired. I started doing the workout and my entire body loosened up and though i was very tired at the end of it (and couldn't keep up with parts of it ... choreography was way too complex for me... when I was done my entire body was looser and not hurting.
I'm reluctant to say that I should alternate between an aerobics video and the gym - simply because the gym is so much more convenient. But maybe mixing it up by having a workout video once a week is not a bad thing. Or maybe the answer is to add a longer stretching session at the end of my workout.
P.S as my second bonus video I did the 15 minute core workout with the ball. It was tough but fun :)
