fading fast

Thursday, April 25, 2013

ugh..over the last 3 weeks I've been sidetracked ...with sickness and busyness of everyday life my exercise routine has become nonexistent my diet had also fallen off my list of priorities ...it seems like one thing after another and I've tried telling myself that these times will pass and ill get started again tomorrow but tomorrow always has dfferent plan I feel myself fading fast and everything pound I've worked so hard to lose slipping from my grasp ..its so easy to give in to laziness and pity..but then I remembered that the one thing exercise and changing my lifestyle has taught me ..is that I'm stronger and better than thie overwhelming feeling of discouragement ...so what did I do? I picked myself up, shook myself off, lifted my head high and made myself get back to exercising. ..later tonight I am going to find some sp recipes and make a monthly menu for may ..I'm determined to see this weight lose journey to fulfillment :)

I can totally relate to what you are going through! I seem to fall into that trap myself more often than I care to admit! You seem to have the right attitude & haven't given up!! Picking yourself up and dusting your self off & beginning again is exactly the way to go!

You can do it!!

Exercise is an excellent stress reliever. Try to find some time to walk outdoors. Consider it medicine for yourself. emoticon

Getting back into it is always tough, but you never regret getting "back in the game". Good luck!
