Lately, I've been dealing with a lot of depression and in order to combat that depression I have chosen to exercise. In the last two weeks, I've exercised at least four times. I plan to hit the gym almost everyday. This is the best way I can think of to kick butt, feel better and get into shape. It also helps that sometimes there's cute guys at the gym.
