Hi Sparkers! I'm getting so bogged down in wedding planning, and I haven't checked in. So here I am with some fun news..
My 12 week gym challenge is over and I lost 30 pounds!
I lost over 12 inches in my waist, 5 inches in my hips, and 3 inches in my thigh! I've also lost 3.5% body fat!
Even though the challenge is over, I am continuing to drop the pounds. I'm sort of looking forward to my next Doctor's appointment!
