Having a hard time getting my calories in today. Here are my stats for the day.
Calories: 1448. My calorie range is from 1550-1900.

Cardio: Stationary bike: 30 minutes
Treadmill: 10 minutes 15% incline 2 mph

Strength: Seated Triceps Extension Machine: 3 sets, 15 reps, 35 pounds
Abdominal Crunch Machine: 3 sets, 15 reps, 50 pounds
Seated Chest Press Machine: 3 sets, 15 reps, 35 pounds
Preacher Curl Machine: 3 sets, 15 reps, 35 pounds.

Days without soda: 53 days
