Last night I went out for dinner with some lovely ladies and had vegetarian sushi.
I had already had rice and veg and ginger in days prior and it did not cause weight gain, so my test was to see if vegetarian sushi would be ok!
I was up 0.6 of a pound this morning, but I have a sneaky feeling it may more have something to do with the fact that I ate dinner at 8:30 pm, rather than that sushi is "reactive" to me. I will try sushi again when we can eat at a decent time!
I did not have the soy sauce and so really I hope that I pass that test when I re-test.
So I am back on day 3 of "The Plan" and tomorrow will progress on to day 4. I had carrot and ginger soup for lunch with sunflower seeds and a small avocado salad with greens on the side. I used up the last of my pumpkin seeds on the salad!
I have meetings all day today, and I was able to pop in to the store and buy chicken for dinner! I am going to roast a whole one! I hope it does not have innards that I have to remove! I am such a ninny, I can't do that without gagging!
Still no wheat, no coffee and besides my little adventure with sushi, no white carbs.
I feel great today though, and the sun is out, makes me want to spring clean, but I have too much to do to stop and do that now! ( As I said, meetings all day)
Tonight I have music practice followed by a ladies evening where we get to pot our own plants. Last year we did it and it was the best planter in my garden! Shows what you can do when you have someone in the "know" showing you what to do!
5 days left of the challenge! Whoo hooo!
AND just so you know, I will probably have another in May but I think the start date will be May 6th or something like that, I will keep you posted!
