Rolling along, one I thing I have noticed is that I haven't gone to the bathroom (#2) since starting these pills. I wonder if that is a side effect?
I'm plugging along with my workouts and I am considering trying CrossFit after my Boot Camp is over.
I went onto WebMD to look for more people that have given Raspberry Ketones a try and here is a good one..
"I started taking Select Slim gt300 3/01/13 and as of 3/17/13 I have lost 8 pounds along with regular exercise. The ones I take do have caffeine because the amounts are low and I can tolerate it...SOME CAN'T!!! Do your research...not everyone will have success...Stop blaming others for it not working for you. No one is forcing you to buy. For those claiming it's a scam...it's not. If you're eating poorly it's your choice to do so...are you blaming the companies that make the junk food or is it your responsibility to know what you're putting in your body?!"
I think that is so true. Most of the people complain that they don't work admit that their diet is bad and that they refuse to exercise!
