There are so many diet plans out there, that it's hard to make the right choice before you've spent your life savings trying to save your life. How do you choose which plan or your own plan is best? For me I'm doing both (I think). I'm new to SparkPeople and I love the premise behind the program. I plan to use their recipes and my own to help me loose weight. I thought about adding some their recipes to my own menu structure to help liven things up a bit.
