I am so fortunate to have given myself the gift of this site and all of you out there.
Everyone suggested moderation on the 3 mini goals proposed last week:
1. no sugar/carbs
2. exercising excessively
3. Measuring/Weighing everything put in mouth.
Well it was overwhelming and I moved toward moderation and its less stressful. Upside a few lbs lost and fighting to keep them off each minute of each day.
This week I want to add add something that will help the 3 above goals. I need to do something for the frustration and despair creeping into my inner self talk since life is really handing me some curve balls and depression/paralysis sets in quickly.
I have decided to act on the loving suggestion of a Spark Sister who reached out to me and lifted me with words, right for my tough spot:
"FOCUS ON WHAT I DO HAVE, AND CAN DO,NOT ON WHAT I DON'T HAVE,AND CAN'T DO"
I think I will meditate on these words since I heard in a wonderful podcost that, "When you are alligned internally the Universe bows to your intent".
