OK, I don't drive, but the expression works anyway, right?

Yesterday was a mess. I had a killer headache/body ache and went home from work early. Once I got home I comforted myself with food and did a whole lot of nothing.

I was really depressed this morning when I weighed myself and saw the number go up instead of down. However, I ate a healthy breakfast (but not a protein shake), packed myself a healthy lunch and carried on. When I sat down today to track all the "extra" food I ate yesterday, I realized that by snacking on relatively healthy foods I was only over my allotment by 200 calories. Not great, but incentive for another 1/2 hour workout.

So I'm ready to keep the ball rolling. (How many cliches can I throw in?) I'm excited to be part of a new challenge team. I've never tried it before and I'm hoping it will help me keep on track while I'm on vacation. I'll still have Wifi so I can check in while I'm away.
