I just realized I completely forgot to post my weigh in and points for last week!
Iím hoping this week will be better. Last week I weighed in at 192 (even though I did not post it). I feel awful because I havenít been very good at getting the fitness challenges, but Iím making so much headway in other areas! Meal planning has become habit for me. Actually, I keep my calendar with me and I already have meal plans for the next 2 Ĺ weeks! I just have to sit down and make out the shopping list for next week and Iíll be on my way to the grocery! I love not having to go EVERY.DAY. Iíve even started experimenting with new recipes lately!! I Love to cook! So this week has been fun! Iíve made Burrito Casserole, Roasted salmon w/ white wine sauce, sautťed mushrooms, and Iím going to make Chinese for my mom and sister on Sunday! From scratch! Egg rolls, crab rangoo, general tsaoís chicken, sweet and sour chicken, and vegetable lo mein. Iím super excited!
I want to go ahead and post my goals for next week. I feel I was doing better when I was blogging my goals. So, here they are:
I WILL keep up with my meal planning and follow through.
I WILL try at least one new healthy recipe per week.
I WILL wake up earlier to get in my fitness minutes.
I WILL drink at least 6 cups of water a day.
I WILL track all of my food for the week.
I think this is a good place to start! Iíve been doing really well with my meal planning and I want to keep it up. I can just transfer everything over to my tracker on SP and see where I am as far as nutrition. Iíve been slacking on that for a while. And I think Iíve been getting my water in but Iím not 100% sure. So I want to really start tracking that.
Weigh ins are tomorrow! Iím kinda nervous about it! I havenít had fast food since Monday so I know the sodium issue is not going to be a problem. Weíll see!
I saw this on one of the fitness pages I follow on Facebook. Thought it was pretty interesting. It's how I feel sometimes.
