Great weigh in today 182, down 1.2 from last week.
Total cardio: 125
Total strength training: 145
Days in caloric range: 7

I think staying in my caloric range every day made the difference! My calorie range is 1600-2000, but really I like to keep to about 1700-1800, figuring there's some 10% reporting error.
