This is week 9 for me for operation fit but i dont think im gonna count it cause i has not been a normal workout week for me. now im gonna walk or hike to try to get some sort of workout in while on vaca but when i get back it will be back to balls to the walls, excuse my language. I will eat clean the whole trip and have one treat meal as normal that will not change because i like to eat clean it makes me feel good and two since i wont be working out as much that is the least i can do to stay on track well i got my hair done yesterday and i have to wait 48 hours before I can get a good sweat in so afte work im going to go on a walk to get some excersie in so i dont feel like a fat well until next week happy sparking!!!

I had my hair cut yesterday, and I'm leaving on vacation Sunday, so I'm kind of right behind you. But I know you will do so much better in the Exercise Department!

Have a great time! You deserve a great vacation!
