Day 38 - Consistency is key!

I have totally fallen into my routine. I have been very consistent with eating right and exercise. I feel great and now the pounds seem to be coming off quickly. It took about two weeks for the scale to really move but now it has been moving steadily. I am working hard and it is paying off. I can't wait to see what things look like 6 months down the road :)
