It's the beginning of week three again for me and this time I'm dedicated more than ever to living healthy. But there are still moments when I wish the results could come faster and I have to remind myself that a) it's only been two weeks and b) I feel better and can see slight changes in my body (lost a half inch in my bust since last week....).
I'm learning to take it one day at a time and planning my exercise month since my schedule changes every week has been super beneficial to me. I love the feeling of exercise and am learning to cherish rest days. My sore body reminds me of how hard I am working and I look forward to my future self.
