Yeah. I'm off course. Pants are getting tight again. I was WAY unprepared for my hike on Tuesday and I'm really stiff. Even when I manage to behave ok during the day I blow it at dinner. My kitchen is still not put back together and my life isn't orderly enough to hit the grocery and gym regularly. At least I'm still working out with my buds at work.


I need to get back on track. Work is starting an 8 week weight loss contest on May 6th and my workout buddies and I signed up. So I have about 10 days to get myself prepped and under control so I can start gangbusters on the 6th. I'm starting by having oatmeal for breakfast instead of the breakfast sandwich I was craving.

I can do this!!!!
