"Today is the first day of the rest of your life." Make it a good day and reach for the stars!! Track your food, burn some calories, smile and make a plan. It is all up to us.
We can do it. Sharing with others and being positive really is a way to keep motivated. Random acts of kindness are wonderful to receive and give. Do something nice for someone and don't tell anyone. In other words, give for the sake of giving and not expecting anything in return. It is amazing the joy you will feel inside afterward. As in all things ask for God's blessings each day to do the next right thing. The journey to better health can be long, but can be rewarding!! If we plan our day with goals in mind, smiles and gratitude for all we are lucky enough to have it will be so much easier. We can do it!! Keep Sparkin and Don't sweat the small stuff, do one thing at at time, quiet your mind and you will develop your passion.
