Thankful Thursday

Thursday, April 25, 2013

I have plenty to be thankful for these days. It always seems that our needs are met even when we aren't sure where the money is going to come from at the moment. I'm self employed and for the last few years, things have been very inconsistent. This month has been busier but I still am not getting much work from our largest client. Not sure why, could be me, could be them but since the AG of NY decided to get involved, we can't really talk to them to find out what is going on. Too much legislation. ANYHOW!!! While I am busier than I have been, I need to not be seduced into believing that it is going to get better instantly. Tonight I am going to a free seminar at a local university on Job Transitions. This is the first step, either to branch out on my own or to go down a completely different path.

Goals for today:

emoticon Complete 2 reports--- Got 1 done and had to run to get a photo for it that was screwed up so never got to the second one.

emoticon Drink at least 96oz of water --- I should have grabbed two water bottles when I left because I only ended up with 80oz

emoticon Get in at least 4500 steps of actual steps, with converted exercise as bonus--- Not even close as I ended up in the car for part of the afternoon unexpectedly.

emoticon Keep working on a freggie with every meal emoticon

emoticon Finish current to do list --- Nope, ended up having to leave for that photo and lost 4 hours because of it.

Have a healthy day! emoticon

Very positive attitude towards the changes that happen in your life. And a emoticon I can do it mindset. Making a daily goal list and checking it off as you go is a terrific visual reminder to help you meet those goals. Keep up the good work
