I've been working out steadily for months now and the scale hasn't moved at all, my pants aren't staying up but that darn scale hasn't changed... I have been starting to get really discouraged, I know it's not all about the number on the scale, but it's hard to put all this work in and not lose a pound or even half a pound!
Tuesday morning I decided to weigh in a day early and... I LOST 2 POUNDS! Awesome, how cool is that right! I keep hoping on the scale to make sure it was t a fluke...but it's not. It really is what I needed to get re-motivated to keep going at it! Yay
