Day #302 - I'm back up and running...well walking

Good morning U.S.A.!!!! Yeah I know I've been missing a few days. I wasn't feeling great and yesterday I just jumped right into my work, so here I am today. Weigh-in this morning down 1.1#s which is part of the gain from last week being removed. Still fighting to get out of the 270's. Hopefully my body will begin to feel better so I can pull things together again.

Exercise yesterday 45 minutes on treadmill. My first day back to working out since last week. I've had some dizziness and nausea so I didn't push myself as I didn't want to pass out at the gym, that would not be a good thing.

Other than that I've got 63 more days to make my full year on this journey and I hope to reach the 260's by that day! I got to do something to celebrate that wonderful day - still thinking it over.

I was considering going back to WW online still contemplating that.

Well have a great day - I got plenty of work to keep me busy.
