It's 11:00 p.m.
I get in my car and leave work.
My stomach has been hurting all evening because its that time of the month.
I feel tired, I feel like all I did was work during that day, and all I want to do is drop by a pizza place and order a large that I will all eat myself.
As I drive I convince myself NOT to stop at the pizza place, then NOT to stop for fried chicken and fries and finally NOT to stop at the convenience store for some ice cream. I tell myself that I KNOW i'm not hungry just tired.
All proud of myself for not giving into temptation, I get home and find that my mind is spinning way too fast to go to bed. So I decide to catch up on some tv series. I sit down and then the urge to eat something comes back again...
I head for the fridge.
Open it up.
0% fat yogurt, now that shouldn't be too bad right? And adding a little chocolate chips in there can't kill right?
1 cup of yogurt and 1/4 cup of chocolate chips later...
I finish my episode.. I want to catch up on another show.. I'm still hungry..
Crackers can't be so bad right?
1 cup of crackers and 2 Tbsp of light mayo as dipping sauce..
And I managed to keep it at that. But that was 545 calories more than my allowance for the day -_-
I know I should have just went to bed, but anyone else has any other tricks for when they want to stay up?
