I think everyone has that one body part that they are ashamed of and wish looked better. For me, it's my legs. I used to love the way my legs looked. In high school, before the word cellulite was in my vocabulary, the shorter the shorts the better. As I've gotten older and heavier, I rarely wear shorts. When I work out, it's pants or capris. Daily casual wear includes nothing shorter than just above the knee - and I don't particularly like the way my knees look either! Not that I'm looking to wear the tiny little shorts of my past, but given that I live in an area that gets to be 100+ degrees on a regular basis in the summer...a little shorter would be nice!
I have definitely stepped up my strength training to work on my legs so hopefully I will see the results by summertime!
