I have a little problem with being too obsessive with things. Apparently this will really help me keep the weight off. I read a study that those who lost weight and were obsessive about counting calories (yes)
weighing themselves (yes)
had support (thank you spark people and spark friends)
kept the weight off.
Those who didn't gained it all back.
Well I have done this 3 times now. I have lost 25-35 pounds and then gained every pound back.
This time 35 pounds down and gone. It is not coming back. It does not fit into my closet.
All those big clothes are gone. It does not fit with my new healthy lifestyle. Goodbye pounds.
