While the title of this blog is very upbeat, I had a HELL of a time getting my ass out of bed this morning - I just wasn't feeling it... And tomorrow I have to get up at like 4:00 cause my husband wants me to go to the range first thing tomorrow to try out my new .22 bolt action rifle before we go up north - UGH!
Yesterday I decided to do this Yoga DVD that i've had for a while but never tried - what a waste of time! I will take half (cause that's all I can do at the moment) of the Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga DVD over the full workout on this new DVD! I still burned 185(?) calories, but I didn't even break a sweat :S It was very unsatisfying.
On another note, I stepped on the scale this morning and was pleasantly surprised to see 216.2 on the scale, a 0.2 lb weight loss from yesterday! I know it's not much, but I am right on track for my next mini milestone! And considering this coming weekend I will be going up North to my parents house, I will be going a full weekend without working out, and will not be able to control what food gets made, though will still be able to control portions. I hope this weekend doesn't throw me off track :S
I tried my goal jeans on yesterday - I could pull them up a wee bit farther than I could when I bought them, but still nowhere nears getting them up all the way, let alone doing them up. But I know I am moving in the right direction, and would LOVE to be able to wear them for my 24th birthday, which is June 20th of this year!
Day 4 of Jillian Micheals 30 Day Shred today! So excited!
