Wednesday, as planned, started with the strata.
Then I had a whole wheat naan pizza with peppers, onions, fresh basil, cheese and sauce.
In the evening, I had a walk for 60 minutes, and then a cocktail - pear vodka with st. Germain, lemon juice and bitters. Almost forgot to take a picture, this is just the last of it.
I also had a snack of cheese and olives - no plate and no picture, was nibbling as I made my dinner.
Dinner was a salad of greens, chopped veggies, and grain sausage (Field Roast apple sage style. Could eat these every day.), topped with the last of an olive oil, champagne vinegar, basil and lemon juice dressing I made this weekend.
And then I ate a whole chocolate bar in the evening. Yarg.
Leftovers week has been extremely delicious, but I have consumed more indulgent food the last few days than is optimal (shall we say, to not be too guilt-trippy about it) or conducive to meeting my goals.
Time to step up my game. To be a little less indulgent and a little more kick-ass.
In short, time to get back to strength training. Kettlebells do my body so much good.
