Yesterday was an active recovery day and I walked with my dog for about 35-40 minutes.
Today I'll go swimming again and hopefully have time to walk again with my dog.
My diet has been going nicely, I have not been over eating at all! And the food we prepare at home are relatively healthy. I have been trying to drink more water and to remember to take all my supplements. The newest supplement being MSM (I think I mentioned that some time ago). I have yet not noticed any effects from MSM but it's been only a week or so and I started with very little and have been building up the amounth I take.
I did buy a bag of candy on Monday but it's allowed to have something good every now and then (once or twice per week is ok), especially as I am not so much trying to lose weight anymore. I wouldn't mind having 2-3 more kilos lost but only if those are from fat not muscle: I have worked very hard at building these muscles I have now (and no I'm not bulky at all, I just had miniature muscles to begin with and tons of body fat --> I was a typical skinny fat).
We will get a pea protein isolate today in the mail, yay! I am happy to be able to rely less on soy protein as I've read it can mess one's hormones, thyroid for example.
