Sometimes progress seems so slow. I need to focus on just moving forward. I went for a short trail walk and got scared off by someone telling me that there are deadly brown snakes around. These things can kill you within 30 mins. I want to get past this but now I am scared.
Maybe I should try to find somewhere else to walk?
Any way my focus was going to be doing the 5k challenge but running is really hurting my knees and spending 50 mins to walk it on my treadmill can be a bit boring. Move forward. Move forward. I need to continue because when I do walk the 5k I feel better all day. Really do I need anymore motivation than this?
I need to go and research walking paths around here and stop moping. Here I go.
