Today my lack of sleep really got to me and I just wasn't able to run my full 30 minutes. Monday I only slept a couple of hours, Tuesday I slept about 4.5 hours and today I slept another (approximately) 4 hours. Once I got out running I just couldn't make my legs go! I ended up walking the last 10 minutes and used that for my cool down time. I decided not to push it because I knew the why I felt like that and decided to just listen and learn.
SO - It's 10:05 and I'm getting ready to hit the hay in about 30 minutes and will hopefully feel more myself tomorrow. Heading out to see our daughter at school tomorrow for her end of the year ROTC awards ceremony. Our older son is going along to talk with her Master Sargent about the Army in general. He's thinking that he might want to give a thought to joining the military after high school. We'll see what happens, I guess.
