Starting Over- Challenging myself... Just 30 Days!

I've been struggling to get up and go to the YMCA in the mornings. I'm staying up late, trying to finish work for grad school and get a little done around the house.
I think I can do this. As i finish things up, I can increase my load! By the time I finish this, school will be out!
Thinking I'll add in crunches and push-ups as well... maybe lunges and calf-raises, too.
Hmm, starting to look like a challenge I did a couple years ago! With my evening walks, might just be enough to make a difference!
