So i am struggling. I thought that the one thing i would struggle at would be the exercise part of the program. Instead, I actually really like to work out but the food is my issue. I will eat right for a couple of days and then binge on chinese or whatever i can get my hands on. Do i know i'm doing it. Yes, and I don't seem to care. So this is the portion that i really need to work on and keep working on. Will i stumble sometimes, yes, but i will keep on getting up and keep on working on it.
P.S. I love the whole running.. my shins still hate it though. Oh well.
