i just have to keep working

So i am struggling. I thought that the one thing i would struggle at would be the exercise part of the program. Instead, I actually really like to work out but the food is my issue. I will eat right for a couple of days and then binge on chinese or whatever i can get my hands on. Do i know i'm doing it. Yes, and I don't seem to care. So this is the portion that i really need to work on and keep working on. Will i stumble sometimes, yes, but i will keep on getting up and keep on working on it.

P.S. I love the whole running.. my shins still hate it though. Oh well.

    Focus on what you ARE doing that is helpful and healthy for you. you ARE exercising...you ARE eating healthy most days...so focus on having more good days than bad. Perfection will destroy the effort. So carry on! A streak can be an hour or a day or a week. It is not an all or nothing proposition. It has to be sustainable. f you feel like you are depriving yourself, you are lore likely to binge. But the first time you walk away or interrupt a feeding frenzy, the lightbulb will go on. You can do this!
