Small steps = Sweet Success!
My small steps are:
1) making sure I drink at least 9 glasses of water a day.
2) Curb my evening eating
3) Have accountability with a friend.
So far I have been successful for a streak of One Week! Once I have done these for the 28 days or one month, I will move onto the next one.
I was asked by my buddy if I give myself rewards and I had to think about that and still do as a matter of fact. I will revise my page once I get my mind wrapped around a reward thought.
I went to my TOPS meeting today and not only did I win the most pounds lost in one week but also for the entire month. I won 2 roses, 2 awards and got to bring home Mr. Bear. I was tickled to say the least. Granted I was only there 2 weeks, I still did it! Thanks to Sparkpeople, my buddies, belief in myself and many other reasons.
Keep on Sparking my friends! We can do this!
