I had the best run. It was only 2 miles today, but I felt like I could do another. Today, after my run I looked at my workout. I am doing a C25K and I ran for 6 min, walked for 1 min, ran for 4 min, walk for 1 min, and ran for 6 min. I almost cried especially since I felt like I could continue. This was such a victorious day.
I am training for a half marathon and today I felt like this was possible. That is such a great feeling.
