Forced Cardio...Spark no no...

Wednesday, April 24, 2013

This may sound crazy, but today was the second and final day of state testing.
So as a testing teacher, I am required to actively monitor.
Well I walked more yesterday, but leaned against a cabinet some to avoid overdoing it today.

The problem: the spark gods seem to dislike this and gave me a lengthy message in red (danger color) LOL! With something about calorie range and burn, yada...yada...yada...

Can you tell I ignored it? emoticon

Anywho...I just went over my calorie intake where 1550 calories is my limit. I consumed 1733.
Did that balance out the cardio overage? I have NO idea.

Well I was (sort of) forced into my cardio, so it is what it is!
Tomorrow I still plan to do my ST to tone my abs.

So, sorry spark gods, but this girl's gonna keep emoticon (kicking butt).

Thanks to hooky playing students, I have to give the make up tests next week. That will make 3 weeks of testing for me. ARGHHHH!

Keep it up! A day out of range doesn't have to kill your week.

I continuously (lately) get the 'red message' when inputting my cardio as I'm always going over for fitness....However, I'm always eating above my range I set out for myself (before upping my kms/week for running, and boxing about twice a week...) who knows....I hope it all balances out for a loss,

Sometimes we have to use our own good judgement, right? The 'spark gods expect every day to be the same. That's just not life. But it's generally a good guide.
